I have found an easier way to make friends happy without going through the gruesome hour-long walk in a mall. My solution: promotional mouse pads. You can find it in a lot of places, at a cheap price, and with magnificent designs.

This breakthrough was brought about when I had to go to a friend’s birthday last year. I’m really bent on giving him something special, but my schedule practically prevented me from doing so. What I did was to buy a couple of promotional soft cover mouse pads and wrapped it in some fancy gift wrapper. It was great. The guy loved what I gave him. It was truly appreciated because it so happened that his mouse pad was completely worn out due to years of abuse.

From that day on, I started to send promotional hard cover mouse pads during special occasions. Good thing about this stuff is that I can have them delivered in case I really cannot attend the party. These items are safe gifts, because all of my friends have their own computers. They will surely use my gifts some time soon.

I made the discovery of the decade. I’ve made it a long way from giving cheap promotional fleece blankets to people I know. Back then, I thought that I was a genius in giving those unique gifts. But now that I’m more busy, my discovery will have to do.
